💵 Buy-In & Payouts

• $100 buy-in, due via Apple Cash 30 days before the draft

• Weekly prizes: $25 to the top scorer (Weeks 1–14)

• End of Week 14: Top 2 seeds get $100 each

• Week 17 Championship:

  • Runner-up: $100

  • Champion: $250

📅 Draft

• Draft is 10:00 AM PST on the Saturday of Labor Day Weekend

• Snake format, 2-minute pick timer

• If you run out of time, the CPU will pick for you

• Player pool includes everyone except declared keepers

Draft Order (set after Week 14):

• Worst regular-season record = Pick 1

• Best regular-season record = Pick 10

• Tiebreakers: Points For → Points Against

• No adjustments based on playoff finish

🔐 Keepers

• Max 3 keepers

• Must be selected in Sleeper 1 month before the draft

• Locked after deadline—no exceptions for injury or regret

• You can’t keep first-rounders from last year

• Keeper cost = 1 round earlier than where they were drafted last year

• If you keep two guys from the same round, you need two earlier picks

• Undrafted keepers cost your last pick (then second-to-last, etc.)

• You can work with the commissioner to assign keeper rounds for undrafted players

Example:

Drafted Joe Smith in Round 3 (2022)

→ Kept in 2023: Costs Round 2

→ Kept in 2024: Costs Round 1

→ Ineligible in 2025 (already a first-rounder last year)

⚖️ Extra Game vs. the Median

• Each week, you play your head-to-head matchup and a second game vs. the league median

• Score in the top half? You go 2–0. Bottom half? You go 0–2

• It helps balance out bad-luck losses

🩼 IR Rules

• Allowed in IR: Players listed as IR or Doubtful

• Not allowed: Players marked COVID-19, Suspended, NA, DNR, Holdout, or Opt-Out

🏆 Playoffs

• 6 teams make the playoffs

• Top 2 seeds get a first-round bye

• Weeks 15–17 = 3 straight 1-week rounds

• No reseeding

• Championship is a single game in Week 17 (no more 2-week finals)

• Seeding: Record → Points For → Points Against

• Draft order is based on standings after Week 14—playoff results don’t change it

🔁 Trades

• Deadline is end of Week 10

• Draft pick trading is allowed

• Commissioner reviews trades only to prevent collusion—not to judge fairness

• In the offseason, only draft picks can be traded

• Full trading (players + picks) resumes after the draft

📝 Waivers

• Rolling waiver order

• Waivers clear Tuesdays at 12:00 AM

• Dropped players stay on waivers for 1 day

• No daily limits or special windows

👥 Manager Changes & Expansion

• If a manager leaves during the offseason, the commissioner will assign a replacement

  • The new manager inherits the full team: roster, keepers, and draft slot

  • This has been policy since 2021

• Expansion teams (added without replacing an existing team)

  • Will not receive keeper rights in their first season

  • First applied in 2023
